TIPS TO BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS

  • Use doormats at all exterior entrances and exits to trap sand and grit

  • Use area rugs on high traffic pathways, particularly in pivot areas like the ends of steps and doorways.

  • Be sure to clean up spills immediately.

  • Avoid scratching and scraping your floors with actions like dragging chairs or furniture. Scratches and cracks in the floor easily capture dirt.

  • Don’t use finish wax, ammonia-based cleaners or bleach, which can damage floors.

  • Utilize furniture protectors under furniture that will be moved regularly

  • Do not walk on your wood floors in shoes with high heels

Level 1 provides basic professional cleaning while Level 2 offers a more intensive cleaning process with a glossier sheen and longer lasting protection.

Typically, it should not take more than a few hours depending on the size of the area to be cleaned. It’s best to allow 24 hours for drying to allow the floor to cure properly.
