Key Activities that Restoration Technician will be involved with:
- ü Reporting to our Oakmont Facility each morning on time at 7am most days
- ü Participate in our emergency after hours on call program that will involve 1 week out of every 4 weeks
- ü Report in uniform ready to work each shift
- ü Take advantage of the training programs and experiences that are offered to allow you to grow and advance
- ü Be responsive to directions, ask questions. Give your best effort every day
- ü Be a constant learner to become the best you that you can be
Services that you will be providing to our customers
- ü Wall washing
- ü Floor cleaning
- ü Carpet cleaning
- ü Specialty Cleaning and deodorizing after fire and smoke damage
- ü Clean up and drying after flood damage
- ü Cleaning and sanitizing
- ü Selective demolition and material removal from damaged buildings
- ü Furniture cleaning, packing and moving
- ü Many other highly specialized services and processes that you will learn
Position Requirements
- v Must be able to work extended work shifts including overtime as needed
- v Must be able to get to our Oakmont facility each day on time and after hours when on call
- v Must be able to carry 75 pounds
- v Must be able to climb ladder to 8 ft,
- v Must be able to stoop, crawl and stand for long periods of time
- v Must be able to operate a smart phone
- v Must be able to understand written and spoken directions
- v Must have a high school or equivalent education
- v Must be willing to work emergency on call rotation 1 week out of every four weeks
- v Must be willing to learn and new skills and apply them in real world situations
- v Must be able to pass criminal background check and recertify annually
- v Must be able to pass drug screening panel
- v Must be able to be able to pass motor vehicle background inspection and have insurable Pennsylvania driver’s license
